System integration leaders in combining content, collaboration technologies & global delivery systems.

ICoDE Systems, LLC applies proprietary methodology synthesizing multi-media technologies to enhance the collaborative capabilities of varied business, governmental and non-profit institutions across elements of time, geography, organizational structures and cultural preferences. The methodology is the product of International Medical Program, Inc.'s (IMP) recently concluded two year/$2 million prime contract with the US Dept of Defense.

As compared to the stated research objectives, IMP’s findings have broader, wider and deeper implications than solely improving delivery of advanced medical education across challenging international settings. One of the key implications of our research was the formulation of a new methodology. This methodology integrates various technologies and new techniques for content and project management in a way that significantly leverages the efforts of all participants - all in a highly affordable, efficient, flexible and scalable manner. It offers the opportunity to create levels of discretionary and controlled interaction in a set structure or curriculum tied specifically to business or project objectives

With real-time communication and decision making essential to compete and thrive in our information driven and continually evolving global marketplace, our proprietary services offer premium value. Our methodology can allow organizations, large and small, the opportunity to rapidly align key personnel across wide geographic, language and cultural parameters for targeted and specific purposes. For the first time, the power of icOde’s methodology enables collaboration across complex organizations or teaming arrangements that is more effective than actual physical meetings. More information can be shared, decisions made and action initiated through a properly designed live interactive session leading to increased efficiency and heightened productivity.

The research findings applied through our methodology are applicable to any situation where human interaction and collaboration are relevant. ICoDE is poised to capitalize on this emerging need for sophisticated but affordable collaboration across all market sectors and international boundaries. IMP, with its history as a prime federal contractor of multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts in the medical field, focuses on serving the medical education, telemedicine and overall healthcare markets.
