Dr. Anthony Tartaglia

Dr. Tartaglia has over 35 years as a practicing physician and medical educator. The former Dean of Albany Medical College is also an internationally recognized Hematologist. Apart from the medical education and international relief experience, Dr Tartaglia provides experience from various medical and biotechnology projects. Dr. Tartaglia is currently Chairman of a large Northeastern US healthcare firm and a board member of a public biotechnology company and serves on several not-for-profit organizations boards.

Chris Lenaghan

Mr. Lenaghan brings over 20 years experience in the multi media development and production field – educational, training and commercial. He has been with IMP since it’s first US Defense Department contract and responsible for development of the programming content for the Republic of Georgia directed production. He recently was the production manager of the follow-on DOD research contract recently completed by IMP.

Bill Teator

Mr. Teator has a significant background in US federal legislative and government relations. He is based in Washington, DC and has numerous relevant government affairs affiliations.

Charles Cernansky

Mr. Cernansky started his career as a IT consultant for Price Waterhouse in NYC leaving as a manager with a JD, MBA and CPA. He has extensive experience working to develop emerging companies based on his international financial and IT systems consulting experience. Charles expertise consists of federal and international government contract development and management. He guides the overall management of the firm with focus on the continue development of icOde’s proprietary methodology and business development.

Charles Zarriello

Mr. Zarriello has over 25 years in the field of telecommunications and broadcasting field as a design, production outfitting and delivery engineer.. He owns & manages a consulting firm, Com Tech Inc., which primary focus is on consulting & development of communications infrastructures domestic and globally.

Joe Wolodkevich

Mr. Wolodkevich’s area of expertise consists of IT network design, systems application development, integration and implementation. He leads his own company, intelligent technology solutions, inc. providing value-added reseller solutions in the Northeastern US. He has extensive experience with educational IT systems support and application development.
